Baby Activities (0 to 3 months)

The following activities can you do with your baby (0 to 3 months) in order to support the healthy development of your baby.

• Give your fingers at him so he can grasp it.

Do you need diet to stay fit?

I consider that the best diet is not time and on all life. It is necessary simply to accustom to eat regularly and moderatly. To choose the optimum weight and to support it is rather difficult but you should be persistent. When a person at first eats all successively and then goes on a diet subjecting the body to the more severe test this is actually even more harmful for a person than being a bit obese. And I do not see here any logic at all. Now during the student's time I do not adhere to any diet, especially to those that include eating Reishi Mushroom and the best advice I that I can give you is this: just avoid and exclude farinaceous food, fat and sweets. Certainly I have a program that lists a minimum of the exercises, calculated on 30-40 minutes which I carry out every day at home. As soon as I wake up I start to look through the press and this occupies 20 or 20 minutes. Then I get up and do simple exercises for a head, shoulders and hands. After that I usually wrung out from a floor and that takes me almost 20 minutes. Actually you see that there is no secret to stay fit - you just need to do all these procedures regularly and then step by step you will definitely reach the desirable result without even visiting a natural supplements store.
