6 Signs that Your Immune System is Decreased

Flu as a common disease that we suffered from every year. However, this disease primarily affects the immune system when we’re weak. Therefore, you should be alert to the condition of your own bodies. When your immune system began to weaken?

* Eating too much sugar. As researchers said after we take100 gr sugar, white blood cells ability to fight germs will be decreased drastically. One hundred grams of sugar is equivalent to three medium-size cans of soft drinks.

* In severe body weight. Being overweight can cause hormone imbalances, inflammation, and disrupt the body’s ability to fight infection.

* Nasal cavity is too dry. Mucus in the nose is useful to help in trapping and prevent the incoming viruses. Absence of mucus in the nose, the same means give a free way in to germs to attack our body’s defenses.

* Not drinking enough. The body needs lots of water to remove toxins. The need to drink every person is different, depending on the condition of the body and their respective activities.

* Prolonged stress. It’s no coincidence if we get cold in the office when the work is piling up. Long-term stress can weaken our immune response.

* Often not feeling well. Typically, adults get flu about 2-3 times a year. If we experience it more than that, it can be ascertained the condition of the body is at a low level and should be followed up immediately with rest and eat nutritious food.
