Green Tea a Powerful

Green tea is believed to have many benefits. Green tea became so popular health drink in the world. What are the facts about green? Green tea comes from the plants Camellia Sinesis. Tea leaves are plucked directly dried without fermentation process so that no change colors and flavors. Processing green tea is very minimal compared to black tea and more contain epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).

In the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry mention green tea contains catechins, antioxidants that are useful to fight disease. Green tea is also rich in vitamins such as A, B1, B12, C, E and K. Green tea also has minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc and others.

Several other substances in green tea are gallic acid, essential oils, carotenoids, dietary fiber soluble and a small amount of carbohydrates. There are some health benefits of drinking green tea:

7. Green tea serves as barriers stress and help relax the nerves. He is also known to prevent cognitive such as dementia and amnesia.
8. Green tea helps ease menopausal symptoms such as mood swings and sleep disorders.
9. Drinking green tea makes the skin glowing, hair healthy and reduced the signs of aging such as wrinkles, freckles and so on.
